Appearance: Cherry red with ruby tinges.
Nose: Fresh, mentholated aromas, hints of cocoa and spicy notes. Ripe black fruit and hints of orange peel.
Palate: Great structure in mouth, sweet tannins giving it a pleasant length of taste.
Accompaniment Goes with any type of meat, especially white meat, cured cheeses, legume and oily fish.
