Golden yellow colour and very fine bubbles. A nose with reminiscences of forest flowers, Acacia, watermelon, pear and citric notes, presenting well balanced acidity. On the palate, it is a powerful richly flavoured and ever so slightly bitter wine. Good pairing with any kind of savoury dish, either fresh, ricebased, hors d’oeuvres or millefeuille salads. Ideal for informal functions at any time of day.
