Airós is a varietal Red Grenache, certified organic and vegan. Subtle and delicate wine, with a spicy and original profile of a Grenache of a certain height (600 meters) from different vineyards of the Vall del Corb, within the DO Costers del Segre. At the oenological level, it is the result of two different elaborations: on the one hand, part of the Grenache is pressed directly with a light maceration in the press itself. On the other hand, the other part of Grenache is the result of a sangrate from a pigeage deposit at 48 hours. Then, in both cases, the must ferments in tanks at a controlled temperature until bottling.
