Aromatic complexity where notes of ripe fruit (peach, nectarine) stand out on a spicy background (nutmeg, vanilla). It has a wide mouth and unctuous with a long and persistent aftertaste.
Manual harvesting in boxes. Minimum of 5 months in oak barrels.
