The ancient rocks that can be found in the upper part of Les Garrigues give name to this Single Vineyard wine, which comes from the best organic plots of our Estate and is meant to be the combination of two characteristics that may be antagonistic: elegance and power. It is very fragrant, revealing a wide array of aromas such as dark fruit and a wealth of fragrances from the Mediterranean scrubland that surrounds our vineyards in La Pobla de Cérvoles, such as rosemary, thyme and other aromatic herbs- even pine needles- which contribute to create a wine of great harmony and aromatic richness. On the palate Roc Nu is extremely rich, complex and intense, with notes of fruit jam, coffee, cedar and a distinctive touch of black olive. Its lively acidity and silky texture lead to a round and lingering finish.
