Aspecte: color groc pàl·lid amb reflexos verdosos.

Nas: delicat i subtil, mostra notes minerals combinades amb una explosió de fruita blanca (pera) i tropical (pinya) i notes cítriques, amb un elegant toc aromàtic d’herbes mediterrànies i fonoll.

Boca: vi equilibrat i amb caràcter, de boca fina i sedosa, però amb cos i personalitat; elegant, ple de matisos de flor i fruita blanca, sobre un fons mineral que reflecteix el tan característic terrer.

Maridatge

Ideal per equilibrar plats grassos com peixos blaus al forn o la planxa i embotits i també per a altres plats densos com el garrí, farcellets de pollastre o risottos.
